System Engineer

Elbit Systems is seeking a System Engineer to lead the development and engineering of artillery systems in the dry zone. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, designing system architecture, and leading team development to achieve the best possible system performance. The ideal candidate will have military background and experience in both software and hardware development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum two years of experience in developing and integrating mixed-discipline systems, software, hardware, control and mechanics
• High-level English language skills
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in English
• Military background as a soldier / rank / uniform – an advantage
• Broad system vision
• Independent work ethic
