Production Planner Supervisor

Production Planner Supervisor develops and trains individuals to ensure facility wide coordination, provides coaching and guidance to commercial and production departments, and ensures department operations are conducted according to budget guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Operations, Business, or similar; or equivalent work experience.
• Three to Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and support teams toward shared goals.
• Computer literate; Familiar with MRP software, knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP software preferred
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-starting, results oriented, flexible, team player
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively across all levels of the organization
