Wind Turbine Assembler

Wind Turbine Assembler / Mechanical Technician plays a crucial role in the assembly of front and rear nacelles. Assembles fabricated parts at designated floor stations using mechanical components and pneumatic hand tools. Requires strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow written instructions.

Requirements

• Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools.
• Interpret schematics, drawings and work orders to accurately assemble components.
• Follow process, work instructions and shop standards ensuring parts are assembled properly by design and sequence.
• Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame.
• Test, inspect and complete necessary Quality and Customer documentation to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Collaborate with fellow Wind Team members to construct the final product.
