Electrified Thermal Solutions is seeking a Head of Sales to lead sales efforts across Europe, with an initial focus on France and Germany. The role will involve developing and executing a sales strategy, building and managing a sales team, and identifying new business opportunities with industrial customers and/or energy savings contract project developers.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Europe.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Develop and deploy systems, frameworks, and supporting software to effectively forecast, maintain accountability, and drive sales results.
- Initially, identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with industrial customers and/or energy savings contract project developers.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development.
- Understand customer technical requirements and effectively communicate Electrified Thermal’s value proposition.
- Represent Electrified Thermal at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to nurture and maintain successful relationships with HaaS financing partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities.
