Electrode Fabrication Engineer

Electroflow is unlocking domestic production of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and is looking for an Electrode Fabrication Engineer to establish their pilot electrode manufacturing capability. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a critical process from the ground up and shape how electrodes are produced for their breakthrough electrochemical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial or academic environment.
• Experience with roll-to-roll thin-film coating systems (battery electrodes, fuel cells, membranes, or similar).
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and follow safe operating practices around industrial equipment.
