Job Description
Job Title: Intern – Abingdon Health & Rehab - CNA. This internship is offered in partnership with Abingdon Health & Rehab for high school students only who are 18 years or older. Students will be employed by Abingdon Health & Rehab and all hiring decisions will be made by Abingdon Health & Rehab personnel.
Requirements
- Ability to care for and help patients with activities of daily living.
- Ability to read, interpret and follow all written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate in a tactful and caring manner.
- Ability to effectively work with co-workers and other nursing personnel to provide quality care to the patient.
- Responsible for documenting in the patient’s clinical record nursing care provided, accurately and timely.
