Job Description
XIT Staffing, a division of Xerox, is seeking an Enterprise Application Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of the TeamDynamix platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise service management transitions and customer-focused development techniques.
Requirements
- Review current platform design and execute a tactical approach to enhance coding standards, reusable components, and architectural patterns
- Develop and maintain custom forms, workflows, and service catalog items in TeamDynamix
- Build and manage integrations using TeamDynamix, iPaaS and RESTful APIs
- Configure and optimize modules for ITSM, PPM, and ESM
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform performance and functionality
- Document development processes, configurations, and user guides
- Partner closely with project managers and business analysts to understand customer needs
- Mentor junior and entry-level developers
- Lead code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Assist management in identifying skill gaps within the team
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive development environment
