Job Description
Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled Software Distribution & Endpoint Support Specialist to deliver reliable software updates to a hybrid enterprise environment. The role focuses on patch management, deployment, and print service transitions, with a strong emphasis on Windows OS and Microsoft Office patching. This is a contractor position with close collaboration with internal clients.
Requirements
- Deliver software updates and patching across hybrid environments using Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Support Windows OS and Microsoft Office patching for standard workstations
- Lead and coordinate Change Acceptance Testing (CAT) for Microsoft patches
- Package and deploy updates to test PCs and production environments
- Monitor deployment saturation and ensure successful rollout
- Provide SmartPrint management support
- Ensure print services function across all IT platforms
- Ensure print services function across all IT platforms
- Provide antivirus and endpoint protection services
- Monitor and manage health of endpoint protection agents
- Collaborate with IT teams
