ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Solution Business Analyst to work on a project focused on developing sustainable mobility and energy distribution solutions for districts, with a strong emphasis on digitalization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• Strong experience with pre-sales
• Experience on midsize or large projects (10+ people)
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Capability to choose the optimal requirements organization and modeling technique
• Ability to see the big picture, plan the work approach properly, and move forward with small steps
• Ability to work independently, organize proper stakeholder management, and own BA processes workflow
• Ability to adapt to project changes during the project flow
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced level of English & German
