Job Description
ELEKS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead new application re-engineering projects in Poland and Croatia. The role involves managing fixed-price projects, driving presales activities, and ensuring effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams. Experience with agile and hybrid delivery models is preferred.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management (application modernization or software development projects)
- Strong track record of successfully delivering fixed-price projects
- German language - C1 or higher (spoken & written)
- Business-level English
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) - desirable
