Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager to lead a team in completing projects by a set deadline. The role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction site projects, from initiation to execution and completion.

Requirements

• Leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline
• Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction site projects
• Meticulously planning, directing and managing the project
• Ensuring the project stays on budget and schedule
• Achieving key results in Revenue and Customer Loyalty
• Negotiating with customers, hospitals, and third-party companies
• Closely working with internal sales, logistics, installation, application, and service departments
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Driving efficiency and improvement programs
• Accountable for Elekta’s Customer and Employee Loyalty Culture
• Providing a weekly site report and leading Project meeting with related parties
• Direct communication to each related project team
• Controlling a Health and Safety for all staff related to onsite working
• 70% travel expected within Thailand or APAC based on requirement
