Pre-Construction/Project Manager (School Construction)

The Pre-Construction Manager for the District’s school construction program oversees all pre-construction activities, from program planning and budgeting to design coordination, cost estimation, scheduling, and constructability reviews. This role collaborates with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, financially feasible educational facilities aligned with program goals and budget. The role focuses on ensuring a well-defined project scope and mitigating risks before construction begins.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction project management
• 3+ years in pre-construction for K-12, higher education, or public sector projects
