School Construction Project Manager I

Manages all facets of school construction projects, including pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out phases. Oversees project budget and schedule to meet district's qualitative standards.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in construction and/or project management, with 3 years of responsibility for complex projects over $10M
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, or equivalent
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential or ability to obtain within 1 year
