Element is seeking a Business Development Manager to pursue and close sales opportunities within specified accounts in the Aerospace & Energy business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry and demonstrate a proactive mentality, be action oriented, customer focused and have an entrepreneurial drive.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry
- Good communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time
