Technical Service Engineer

MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to install and service industrial chemicals for the surface finishing industry. The role involves providing demonstrations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting sales with customers, technical service, and sales personnel. This position requires travel and close collaboration with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Establish rapport with customers and become a trusted resource
• Perform practical demonstrations of products at customer premises
• Act as part of a team to assist on sales calls, train, and interact with customers and vendors
• Support lab techs and quality managers on a day-to-day basis
• Follow through on services rendered to customers in the field
• Provide assistance to customers both in person and by phone
• Extensive travel to customer or manufacturing sites (50% or more)
• Ability to travel internationally with a passport
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
