Job Description
Element is seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join their growing company. The role involves modernizing enterprise systems using cutting-edge NLP and LLM techniques and improving data accuracy and transparency. It requires collaboration with human-centered designers and automation testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience coding in Python
- Familiarity and knowledge of DevOps/DevTestOps/DevSecOps best practices
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling
- Solid understanding of pipelines and automated workflows
- Experience with containerization technology (Docker or Kubernetes)
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, SAFe)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
