Element has an exciting opportunity for a new Business Development Manager to join our growing Digital Engineering team. We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager to become the face of the business unit, with the drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities, selling the full breadth of Element services.
Requirements
- Proactively prospecting: phone and email
- Connect with potential customers, re-engage dormant & declining
- Meet with customers to introduce Element’s services
- Disciplined pipeline management
- Close deals confidently and at pace
- Represent Element at industry and open house events
- Own, manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Confidently connect with key decision makers
- Present and close tailored solutions
- Build, maintain and deliver account plans for most valuable assigned customers
- Support commercial plans for KAM/SAM as needed
- Participate in commercial reviews
