Job Description
Element has an opportunity for an Engineering Manager - Development to lead the Development Engineering team and be a key member of the leadership team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the performance of the team, client relationships, talent recruitment, and team culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in an Engineering business with experience leading engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree (grade 2.1 or above) in a relevant engineering, science, or applied mathematics discipline
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in thermofluids, structural integrity, electromagnetics, data science, systems, design, development engineering, technical safety, or technical software
