Test Technician

Test Technician to perform routine/non-routine maintenance and support testing activities within our Exposure gas laboratories. Responsible for performing a variety of repair, installation, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and reliability of equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Requirements

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical and testing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules to reduce equipment breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency repairs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other maintenance machinery safely.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment diagrams.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with, environmental, quality and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Procurement of testing essentials and may at times be needed to support testing activities
• Setup tests in line with internal procedures and client’s requirements
