Head Of Security

The Head of Security will oversee all aspects of security for the family, including residence security, family members' safety, and assets protection. This role requires a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and experience in executive protection, threat management, and security operations, particularly within a Family office setting. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and ensure the safety of all individuals and properties.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior security role (family office, corporate security, law enforcement, military)
• Extensive knowledge of executive protection, residential security, and asset protection
• Strong understanding of current security technologies and crisis management procedures
• Experience in managing teams and working with external security vendors
• Ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Hands-on security management
