Junior Operations Manager (Bilingual)

We are seeking a bilingual Operations Manager to manage projects globally in construction, real estate, design, hospitality, finance, and operations. This role involves optimizing operational workflows, leading projects, and implementing cost-saving measures, collaborating with general managers and contributing to people processes. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.

Requirements

• Own and optimize company's operational backbone with workflows in Jira, Confluence, and G Suite.
• Contribute to talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
• Support design development, construction, and property management.
• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures and P&L analysis.
• Native/Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
