Legal Counsel

The company is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join their team within a prominent Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) in a family office environment. The role offers exposure to complex and stimulating matters, with direct impact on UHNWIs and their families. The legal counsel will operate both domestically and internationally, managing contracts, corporate structures, real estate, employment matters, and IP.

Requirements

• Legal Qualification: NQ or 3+ years PQE (EU member state, UK, US, Hong Kong, South Africa or Singapore)
• Law degree from a reputable university
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong focus on results and outcome-oriented approach
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Outstanding people skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
