Job Description
elev8.io is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Medellín, Colombia. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and drive the development of the company's people operations infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
- Strong understanding of Colombian labor law and HR best practices for distributed teams
- Experience leading performance management systems and designing HR frameworks
- Proficiency with HR tools, ATS/HRIS, and project management platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+) and Spanish
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action and accountability
