Job Description
We're looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to help elevate the visibility and performance of our behavioral health clients. As a Senior SEO Strategist, you'll partner across teams to shape full-funnel search strategies that help behavioral health brands scale with purpose.
Requirements
- Lead SEO strategy and execution for 10 to 15 clients
- Drive real outcomes—sessions, conversions, admissions, authority, not vanity metrics
- Align all initiatives with measurable KPIs and clean, reliable data
- Monitor dashboards for technical health, rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimizations
- Validate action items, track progress, and ensure ClickUp reflects real-time activity
- Partner with PMs, Analysts, Web, and Content teams to implement strategies
- Coordinate with Tracking Specialists for accurate attribution
- Support Web Core Vitals fixes, technical SEO cleanups, and structured site improvements
