Financial Analyst

We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join our North America FP&A team. In this role, you’ll build and maintain financial models, deliver high‐quality forecasting and analysis, translate data into clear insights for business partners, and help automate and improve core finance processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science), or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in FP&A, finance, or a quantitatively demanding role.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP/INDEX‐MATCH, PivotTables, nested functions; Power Query a plus).
• Experience working with large datasets and at least one of: ERP (e.g., NetSuite) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong analytical problem‐solving, attention to detail, time management, and ownership.
