Job Description
Elevated Construction LLC is seeking a Project Operations Executive to develop and scale delivery capabilities, drive strategic operations, and provide technical expertise for high-quality construction projects. The role involves leading crews, overseeing activities across multiple scopes, managing resources and financials, and partnering with strategic leadership. It's a full-time leadership position reporting to the Business President.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in construction
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven success managing multiple scopes in commercial or complex projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
