Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with preschool-aged children
- Basic understanding of child development principles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical stamina for active classroom engagement
