Early Intervention BCBA - Clinic Setting

The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting, expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive programming for children with ASD, and a passion for promoting ABA principles. Requirements

• Experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting
• Expertise in the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive programming for children diagnosed with ASD
• Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the principles of ABA to caregivers and staff
• Passion for developing communication skills in early learners
• Understanding of Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Discrete Trail Teaching (DTT)
• Humble, collaborative, and solution-based approach to problem-solving
• Love of learning and proactive approach to integrating evidence-based techniques
• Confidence, personal humility, and a demonstrated history of teamwork
