Job Description
Design civil infrastructure for master-planned communities, residential sections, commercial sites, and utility extensions. Produce detailed construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and assist in creating conceptual exhibits, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year university
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in land development or civil design
- EIT Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
- Familiarity with MS Office and Bluebeam Revu is a plus
