Elevations Credit Union is a member-owned not-for-profit financial institution serving Colorado’s Front Range. The Personal Banker will meet with members and prospective members to provide account services, financial guidance, and offer value-adding financial solutions.
Requirements
- Exhibits passion for Elevations Credit Union and demonstrates Elevations’ core values, Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity, and Excellence.
- Engages members using the Personalized, Elegant, Accurate, Kind, and Timely (PEAK’t) Service model;
- Originates all consumer loan type applications and analyzes credit reports and cross-sells relevant consumer loan Elevations products and services.
- Handles account maintenance needs such as opening and closing accounts, online banking support, fee refunds.
- Develops and fosters professional relationships with members and within the community to increase member acquisition and generate revenue.
- Demonstrates operational excellence through adherence with established policies, procedures, and processes.
- Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
