Job Description

They are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to support complex commercial transactions, including SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships, navigating diverse legal and regulatory frameworks in the AI field.
Requirements
- Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements.
- Partner with regional sales, business development, and operations teams.
- Monitor and interpret evolving legal and regulatory developments.
- Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates.
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice.
