Job Description
ElevenLabs is a research and product company focused on audio AI, aiming to solve AI audio intelligence and make information accessible through voice and language. They are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help scale their Customer Success team and ensure long-term customer adoption in the Middle East market. The role involves building relationships with enterprise clients, driving product usage, and contributing to customer success KPIs.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success in a fast paced, SaaS organization.
- Experience demonstrating and unlocking value for customers in the Middle East with technical, mission critical products (such as conversational AI).
- Commercial experience - owning renewals and expansion for your book of business.
