Job Description
As an Electronics Technician for Substation Technology at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of large equipment in substation transformers, contributing to a safe network operation. You will work on high-voltage transformers, power switches, circuit breakers, and other equipment, and will be required to travel throughout the network area. The job is full-time, with 37 hours of work per week, and offers flexible working hours and a long-term working time account to support work-life balance.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or master craftsman's training or technician's training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very high willingness to travel throughout the entire network area of 50Hertz (Eastern Germany and Hamburg)
- Driving license for passenger cars
- Very good German language skills (C1)
