We are seeking an Area Manager Leittechnik (Electricity) to lead our team and contribute to the energy transition. The job involves asset management, team leadership, and strategic planning for Leittechnik in substation and large plants.
Requirements
- Completed study of electrical engineering or another suitable engineering science
- Several years of relevant professional experience including first leadership responsibility
- Professional experience in the field of secondary technology / automation technology
- Very good understanding in station automation, IT, network and transmission technology and their implementation
- Skilled handling of MS-Office and basic knowledge of operational data bases, SAP and AI applications
- Very large openness to technical and professional changes
- Organizational ability and convincing communication and team ability
- Well-developed moderation skills to mediate across areas
- Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Car driver's license
