Requirements
- Advanced Bachelor or Master studies in (Economics-) Psychology, Adult Education or Business Administration with a focus on Personnel
- Quick understanding and ability to understand complex relationships
- Strong organizational skills and work independently and structured
- Confidence in using common MS-Office programs and willingness to learn digital tools in personnel work
