Job Description
Eli’s Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled Assistant General Manager to oversee all areas of restaurant operations, including guest service, staffing, and inventory management. This role is essential for maintaining excellent quality, service, and operations while upholding company standards and values.
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent people management skills, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management
- ServSafe & Food Safety Handler Certification or within 30 days of hiring
- TIPS certification (or within 30 days of hiring)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and potentially other programs)
- Catering/to-go and events background experience
- Strong bar service skills and knowledge of liquor laws
- Understanding of labor, inventory, and waste management
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
