Eli’s Restaurant Group is seeking Dishwashers to support the BOH team in executing smooth service. The ideal candidate will be excited, passionate, and dedicated to upholding Eli’s standards and values. The role involves cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils, and assisting with basic food preparation.

Requirements

• Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent backup of dirty dishes, glasses, etc.
• Return and restock all items to appropriate area after washing and sanitizing procedures
• Ability to read a thermometer
• Safety and sanitation guidelines
• Teamwork
• Cleanliness of back of house
• Garbage management
