The Director of Clinical Operations serves as the main point of contact for prospective and employed doctors, overseeing provider-related operational processes across the organization and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency throughout the provider lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or operations-related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or provider management
- Proven experience managing provider contracts, compensation structures, and compliance processes
