Patient Coordinator

This role involves creating a welcoming environment for patients and their families, managing patient records and schedules, and assisting with insurance and billing processes. Requirements

• Greet patients and their families
• Gather patient information and verify insurance eligibility
• Maintain a productive schedule and update the schedule
• Answer patient questions about insurance and financial arrangements
• Collect and post payments and balance deposits
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental software (Dentrix) strongly preferred
