Job Description
Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is seeking an AI Product Specialist (Prompt Engineering Expert) to lead the design, development, and optimization of AI platforms, focusing on tools like Attention.com and Vapi.ai. The role involves a hands-on approach to bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring AI solutions are innovative, scalable, and ROI-driven. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of product strategy, AI, and user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management with hands-on Prompt Engineering experience
- Advanced knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Conversational AI
- Expertise in prompt optimization techniques (few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, RAG, structured patterns)
- Familiarity with AI model selection based on task type and business goals
- Strong skills in experiment design, evaluation, and output testing
- Experience integrating AI into customer support, sales enablement, or operations
- Working knowledge of API integrations, workflow automation, and AI-driven analytics
- Comfort with Python or JavaScript for testing and automation scripts
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
