Wealth Advisor – Life & Annuities- Warm Leads Provided. Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses (top performers exceed $250k+). License Required: Active Florida 2-15.
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-15 license
- Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 (Preferred)
- Proven ability to sell, close, and manage a consultative sales process
- Experience in annuities, life insurance, wealth management, or financial planning
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-focused
- High integrity and low ego, team-first mindset
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts
- Someone who follows process, stays organized, and embraces accountability
