We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Cleaning Team Supervisor to manage our cleaning operations and ensure that all areas of our facilities are cleaned and maintained effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cleaning or janitorial services
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols related to cleaning and sanitation (preferred)
- CPR and first aid certification (preferred)
