The Talent Management Expert will develop comprehensive talent management systems for private sector clients, offering tailored solutions in job structures, salary, performance evaluation, and HR policies. This role involves strategic planning, application of global HR standards, and collaboration with clients to establish competitive compensation and development plans. This position will focus on creating systems that align with client business needs and industry practices.

Requirements

• Conduct thorough assessments of the client’s internal HR environment.
• Develop talent management strategies and organizational structures.
• Create and develop comprehensive performance review systems.
• Draft customized HR policies and procedures.
• Design task management and work distribution systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certifications are highly preferred).
