M&A Manager

Elixirr is seeking an experienced M&A Manager to join their dynamic M&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting negotiations with acquisition targets, leading commercial and financial due diligence, and ensuring the successful completion of multiple deals.

Requirements

• Experience within in-house Corporate Development roles or lead advisory roles (e.g. Big 4 or Investment Bank)
• Proven track record of successfully completing multiple M&A transactions
• Extensive experience in conducting financial due diligence, valuation, and risk assessment
