Job Description
This per diem Physical Therapist position in a clinic (ID 2024-2344) focuses on providing treatment to children aged 0-21 years. Responsibilities include initial and re-evaluations of patients, developing patient care plans, and conducting quality assurance activities. The position is hourly-based and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master’s/or Doctorate in PT with NYS License as a registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process with permit.
- Minimum 1 year experience in clinical pediatric environment.
- Compliance with ESCR, Inc. policies and procedures.
