Front Office Agent (S26)

Ella Resorts is seeking a Front Office Agent to support the smooth running of their newly renovated resort in Mochlos, Crete, Greece. The role involves guest administrative support, coordinating front-desk activities, and representing the resort to guests. The position contributes to a positive guest experience and aims to meet hotel targets.

Requirements

• Three or more years’ working experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector (5* Hotels)
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
