Job Description
The Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) is expanding its campus in Littlemore, expanding to 2 million sq ft across the western part of The Oxford Science Park. They are seeking a High-Performance Computing (HPC) Engineer to design, build, and maintain advanced computational infrastructure to accelerate biological and biomedical discovery, supporting a variety of research teams. The GBI will focus on genome synthesis, AI-driven analytics, and simulating biological systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3+ years (5+ years at the senior level) of relevant experience managing HPC systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
