Multi-Skilled Operator

Multi-Skilled Operator position performing various skilled duties to support manufacturing production process and/or plant and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Perform a variety of skilled duties to support manufacturing production process and/or plant and equipment maintenance
• Operate overhead cranes and/or radio-controlled cranes
• Use electrode tempering furnaces to heat treat ingot electrodes
• Perform all work following plant safety rules
• Maintain the highest quality standards in the execution of all assigned work
• Maintain all reports and recordkeeping as required including inventory control
• Capable of reading blueprints
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all machines as required
• Maintain housekeeping in all work areas
• Perform other routine labor work as assigned and as required following production flow and/or plant needs
