Requirements
- Support and maintain industrial IT infrastructure including MES, HPLC and Serialization systems
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with GMP and GAMP guidelines
- Provide expert-level support for hardware and software issues related to industrial PCs, servers and specialized instrumentation
- Participate in validation and qualification of computerized systems (CSV), including documentation and audit support
- Lead or support projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments
