Job Description
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, perform system maintenance and monitoring, and assist with user and access management.
Requirements
- Technical Support: Advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- System Maintenance and Monitoring: Routine system checks, software updates, and patch management.
- User and Access Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with IT teams and communicate effectively with end users.
